Are you an experienced Customer Service professional fluent in French? Are you looking for a leadership opportunity within a dynamic and supportive environment? We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a French-Speaking Customer Service Team Leader based in Bristol.
- Lead and manage a team of 8-10 French-speaking Customer Service Representatives within a contact centre environment.
- Ensure the team meets and exceeds customer service targets, including response times, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Provide coaching, training, and ongoing development to team members to enhance their skills and improve performance.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to motivate and inspire team members.
- Collaborate with other team leaders and departments to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
- Maintain accurate records and produce reports on team performance and customer interactions.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven experience in a Customer Service role, preferably in a team leadership capacity.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software applications.
