Our client, a leading multinational in the tech industry with headquarter in Central London is currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Success Manager to be a part of their growing team!!
*First point of contact for French-speaking and international clients and owner of responsibilities for multiple client projects success
*Resolving clients' queries via call, email, and social media of the product information.
*Develop a trusting relationship with clients.
*Ensure communication with customers and suppliers in a professional standard and match the expectations.
*Ability to work one Saturday or Sunday per month (this is paid extra)
*Must be fluent in English and French, written and oral
*Tech Industry Experience (min 1 year)
*Experience minimum 2 years in business to business (B2B)
*Solid presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-related technologies
*WebEx and Salesforce experience is desirable
*Bachelor degree is preferable
