German Customer Service Representative

We're currently recruiting on behalf of a leading electronics business, based in Central London, who are looking for a German-speaking Customer Care Advisor to work on a hybrid basis, going into the office 3 times a week.

Your duties will include answering B2B queries in relation to deliveries by phone or email; liaising with suppliers; account management; overseeing the logistics, amongst other things.

Fluent German to a native/bilingual level and at least one year experience in a customer service is essential, along with great interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
