German Customer Service Representative

Working on a fully remote basis after passing your training, your duties will include answering customer queries in relation to orders by phone, email or live chat; and general admin, amongst other things.

Fluent German to a native/bilingual level is essential for this role, along with some experience in a similar role. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure is also very important for this role.
