German Speaking Team Leader (Remote) - Customer Service

The pandemic has caused our economy to adapt and as a result of that adaptation, remote working has become a norm that almost every company now offers.

Remote work allows us as employees an enormous amount of flexibility around our everyday life. It saves us time, money, and those Monday morning commutes are no more! I'm delighted to say that this position I'm recruiting for is permanently remote. You'll be leading a team of German customer service advisors for the DACH market.

What we are looking for:

- Mative level fluency in German
- Previous Team Leader/Management experience within customer service essential
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Fantastic communication and telephone manner
