My client is a Global IT solutions company with a service/operations Office in Peterborough and looking for multilingual specialists to join their international team. Working flexible hours you will be providing technical support to businesses across Europe.


Responsibilities:

* Providing Technical Support to international client.
* Response to customer's queries over emails and telephone.
* Work with the internal CRM system recording/updated all accurate data.
* Tracking and resolving tickets
* Follow up with clients making sure that any issue as been resolved.


Requirements:

* Fluent to native level German, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish or Italian
* Great communication skills in both written and spoken English.
* Previous customer service experience.
* Genuinely interested in IT!

With a track record of demonstrating a service-oriented attitude along with the ability to balance competing priorities, you should be analytical and thorough with a structured approach. Fluency in German or French (and English ) is essential. You will need to demonstrate your experience of working in a Customer Services environment as well as excellent communication skills.
