- Communicate by phone, email, or in person, and advise clients in regards to project processes.
- Responsible for developing effective and positive relationships with clients
- Serve as main point-of-contact and adopt tasks for the success of multiple client projects
- Follow all valid Best Practice and Workflow procedures.
-Work with internal departments on all project training and successful performance.
-Monitor development and ensure project presentation for the client are accurate and timely
- Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time
