Responsibilities

-Obtaining client information via phone or email regarding to any medical issues.
-Liaise with medical facilities such as hospitals, ambulance and doctors to make appointments.
-Provide a sensitive and valuable delivery to their customers to ensure they are healthy, protected and secure.
-Answering all demands in a timely and professional manner.
-Report feedback from the customers to improve the services.

Profile required
-Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service position within phone-based environment (e.g. a call centre)
-Excellent English and Italian/ German speaker.
-IT skills
-Able to build and maintain good working relationships with clients and alternative offices.
-Attention to detail
-Enjoy working directly with customers.
