Dutch speaking Virtual Product Expert

A leading company within appliances is currently recruiting for a Dutch speaking Virtual Product Expert for their London office. As a Virtual Product Expert, you will be working in a diverse and experienced team of coffee lovers to ensure we provide exceptional virtual customer service for our client. Your role will focus on demonstrating and selling high-quality coffee machines to make sure each customer receives a personalised and memorable experience.


What your responsibilities will be:

● Demonstrates both extensive product knowledge and a determination in finding the right machine and accessories for the client.


● Drive sales by engaging with clients in a welcoming and professional manner to meet individual and team targets.

● Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalised support on how to use their products.

● Identify and progress new opportunities with existing and lapsed clients.

● Work as a team to drive sales of the range while taking ownership of personal performance.

You will ideally:

● Fluent to native level in Dutch

● A positive and enthusiastic attitude to work

● Excellent communication skills both verbally and textually

● Self-motivation

● A passion for a great cup of coffee
