
We are currently looking for a Norwegian, Swedish or Danish speaking Accounts Payable Administrator. This is an office-based role with some flexibility to work from home on an ad hoc basis. The salary is between £25,000-£28,000 depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working in an accounts payable, procurement or purchasing role.
The company is based in Bristol and has a dedicated Business Support Department which delivers excellent customer service, financial processing, and administrative support all over the world. They are looking for administrators who can help with their operations in the Nordic region.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process and review incoming invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company
policies and procedures.
*Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve discrepancies,
clarify invoice details, and maintain positive relationships.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor information on the company database.
*Work consistently within the agreed Service Level Agreements.
*Deal with any issues efficiently and escalate to the appropriate supervisor when necessary.
*Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline procedures and enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
*Fluency in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish.
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
*Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational
and time management skills.
*Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
