Travel Customer Advisor with German

Are you native or near-native in German? Do you speak excellent English as well? Do you have a genuine interest in travel sector and do you have what it takes to help your customers with their travel bookings?

A growing online travel platform company is now looking for language speakers to join them in their London teams. Previous experience in customer service is a huge advantage. However if you haven't had a chance to gain much experience but you have the right can-do attitude and want to learn a lot, the company is offering an intensive 4-weeks training for new-joiners. With the tools provided and your customer-centric approach, you can start and build your career in travel and customer support!


So what can you expect in this position? You'll be:

* providing customer support in German and English language
* helping clients with phone and email queries regarding their travel bookings
* looking for the best solution to customers' questions with your team
* processing bookings in the internal system
* on top of all admin tasks connected to booking and reservations
