Account Manager DACH

Our client is a global market intelligence agency, who is looking for an Account Manager to be based in their Düsseldorf office. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of accounts mainly coming from the FMCG sector. The main product sold is a market intelligence platform that helps their clients stay ahead of the trends in the industry. This is a mobile role and will involve face-to-face meetings with existing clients across the designated region as well as conversation via phone and e-mail.

Your responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Retain and grow existing accounts across the DACH region
  • Develop long-lasting relationships within your clients
  • Upsell and cross-sell within the existing client base
  • Travelling to meet clients on site, field sales
  • Providing on-site advisory services to clients
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Staying on top of the latest developments in the FMCG industry

Your qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales/ account management experience
  • An interest and experience in the FMCG sector or in the market intelligence industry either through professional experience in the industry or through a general passion for such products
  • Experience working with sales goals and targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Clean driving license
  • Fluent in German and good level of English

Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f) - Düsseldorf – permanent contract - Your responsibilities As the new Supply Chain Coordinator it will be your responsibility coordinate the day-to-day supply chain activities with the distribution partners and to ensure the smooth flow of stock though the supply chain. Other responsibilities will include: Coordinating all supply chain activities relating to the normal product lifecycle from first implementation through to delisting of lines. Maximise the availability of all products by reviewing daily reports together with the distributors.
