Our client, an international leader in software support services, is looking to hire an Inbound Sales Development Representative. You will join the sales team focused on the French market and report into the UK.
This job is based in central Paris, with a hybrid mode.
As a SDR, you will be in charge of inbound enquiries to introduce the company services for enterprise software.
- Work in collaboration with Sales Account Executives through inbound enquiries
- Handle all inbound inquiries and qualify
- Qualify the services through marketing campaign follow-up and cold calling
- Set appointments with prospects
- Conduct pre and post-event telephone calls
- Achieve quota of number of highly qualified leads per month and then conversion to an opportunity
- Develop and maintain vertical/geographical territory, daily plans to maximize and leverage phone time, including pre-call planning, adhering to territory hours and metrics
- Fluent French / English
- First experience as an SDR within the software industry
- Experience working in a fast paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment
