Business Development Representative

Our client, a rapidly expanding SaaS organisation, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Development Representative (English & French) to join their team based in Paris, France. You will develop the UK and Nordic territories so an excellent level of English is essential.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will qualify new inbound and outbound business opportunities both in UK and Scandinavia. You will be selling into a CPG client base so an interest in SaaS solutions for CPG, Retail, FMCG customers is helpful.

This role offers fantastic career development opportunities to Account Executive and Account Management positions.



Your goal will be to provide Account Executives with qualified leads and thus maximising the closing of new deals. As part of the Sales team, you will work closely with the Marketing/Growth team. Surrounded by close-knit and passionate colleagues, who are open-minded, caring and incredibly motivated you will be in charge of:-

· Qualifying the leads from our inbound and outbound campaigns according to clear and precise criteria

· Talking on the phone with (very) high-level professionals in English

· Developing an excellent knowledge of the company’s SaaS product and its features

· Understanding the Retail and CPG verticals and being able to use references and a consultative approach when speaking to prospects.

· Carrying out lead qualification and scheduling meetings and workshops for the Account Executives



· Previous sales experience within a SaaS environment (inside sales / SDR / lead qualification role)

· Bilingual English/French

· Interest in the CPG / retail / FMCG market

· Experience in an international context

· A taste for sales and metrics, a results-driven mind set

· Ability to build relationships and exchange with high-level professionals


Salary: 30K€ basic + 6K€ OTE
