Sales Development Representative - Dutch or German speaking

Our client, a leading international digital marketing company, is seeking a Dutch or German speaking sales representative. Based in the Paris office, you will prospect and qualify key accounts on the Dutch and German markets. You will report into the Head of Growth and will be supported by the wider sales and marketing teams. You will manage a small team of “stagiaires”.

Candidates must speak either Dutch and English or German and English. French is a plus but not essential.


  • Generating leads through sourcing creatively and targeting new, potential clients (inbound / outbound)
  • Supervision and follow-up of a small team of interns dedicated to the prospection on the Dutch and German markets, in order to develop the pipeline and convert leads
  • Listening to and understanding clients’ needs
    • Preparing meetings: reporting, recommendation proposals, presentation of results to clients (customer acquisition and loyalty)
    • Following up to close deals
  • Developing a long-term relationship via loyalty schemes (breakfast meetings, conferences events…)
  • Screening and answering of RFI and RFP opportunities in the DACH and Benelux markets

In parallel, the job role also includes contribution to marketing projects (eCRM campaigns, consulting missions…)

Profile required:

  • Bilingual in English and German or Dutch
  • First experience in Sales or Business Development, in a digital or innovative environment
  • Deep knowledge and interest in the Digital Marketing field
  • Able to work collaboratively with others to produce proposals and presentations 
  • Strong communication skills with a desire to grow the business in a valued way
  • Understanding of the DACH or Benelux markets and companies to a high degree


Salary: 35K€ - 40K€ basic, depending on experience. 3000€ variable.
