PA and Marketing Coordinator

Our client, a global logistics company, is seeking a PA and Marketing Coordinator for their offices in central Paris. You will  provide effective PA support to the French team (currently 12 people) in all aspects of their daily tasks and to help foster relationships with key account customers. You will also support the Group Marketing Manager to deliver the marketing strategy for France.


PA Support

• Diary management for Managing Director, Southern Europe and other colleagues in the team

• Full administrative support to the team

• Arranging internal and external meetings/travels

• Producing agendas & minutes

• Adapting and producing high level presentations

• Preparation of key team reports, paying particular attention to detail

• Supporting the production of client bid packs

• Compiling expenses for the team

• Filing/photocopying/binding/faxing

• Update company databases – CRM,

• Event organisation / support (company and project related)

• Archiving files

• Maintenance of team information including – Business Plans, Pipeline prospects, etc

• Expenses

• Sign off on invoices including checking for discrepancies


Marketing Support

• Coordinating all marketing activities for France with support from the Group Marketing Manager


Profile required:

  • Experience as a PA within an international context

  • Experience in coordinating marketing activities (PPT presentations, event organising etc.)

• Native level of French with fluent English (high level required due to continued communication with core office in London and other regional offices.)

• Advanced IT skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not essential

• Experience of multiple diary management

• Strong time management & organisational skills

• Ability to multitask  

Salary: 35-40K€ + 10K€ bonus
