Service Process Manager

I have a very exciting opening in Frankfurt city! My client is looking for German/English speaking Service Process Manager!

The Role:

You would be responsible for managing non-technical customer support and managing the distribution of work. Your daily responsibilities are as follows:

  • Regular telephone and email contact to colleagues and clients
  • Establishing client needs
  • Managing the client process
  • Liaising closely with the Data/IT/Sales teams to ensure enquiry appropriately dealt with in a timely manner
  • Reporting to Management
  • Analysing Data
  • Quality Assurance

The Requirements:

My client is looking for a candidate who is motivated and driven with ideally at least 2 years’ experience in a customer centric role and ability to manage complex process and ‘push back’ when needed. Experience should ideally come from the financial services industry however hospitality, customer service experience is also welcome. Other requirements include:

  • Experience from a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent German
  • Fluent English
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Analytical Mind-set
  • Ability to work independently
  • Decision making capability
