Sales Manager – SaaS

Munich or Berlin

 

Your main duties will look as below:

  • Increase sales, engagement, and acquisition

  • Implement sales strategy and be responsible for the entire sales process

  • Identify potential partners in the industry

  • Research, preparation, and implementation of customer-specific pitch presentations

  • Actively build networks and develop relationships in the market

  • Consistently exceed KPIs and improve monthly

  • Keep an eye on overall performance and goals

  • Find constantly new ways to increase sales

 

 

You need to bring:

  • Min. 2 years sales experience (ideally in technology start-ups but not necessarily)

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent skills in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce

  • Willing to travel to in-person pitch meetings

  • Strong and confident presence on the phone and face-2-face

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Fluent German and English
