Sales Support Specialist

Financial Services firm are hiring a Sales Support Specialist to join their growing team in the heart of Frankfurt.

The role:
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

•    Responsible for preparing contracts and renewals
•    Collecting relevant information from clients
•    Work closely with the global colleagues and ensure regular updates and communication
•    Support the Sales team with non-sales activities to ensure they can be more efficient
•    Providing support on incoming leads
•    Keeping CRM system updated as well as administrative records are parts of your daily tasks and you will also organise the handling of client requests
•    To contribute to the improvement of processes and procedures

The Requirements:

•    You should have ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role, preferably from the financial industry
•    You will be able to prioritise, organise and be flexible
•    Fluency in German and fluency in written and spoken English essential
•    Professionally competent in the use of Microsoft Office
•    Communication skills, a team player and a client focus will round off your profile
