Key Account Recruitment Consultant – Automotive

Munich based – German & English fluent

As the Key Account Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for managing end to end recruitment cycles for temporary/contract positions as well as maintaining and building on client and candidate relationships on behalf of this world class global automotive brand.

Skills and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills in German & English, both written and verbal
  • Significant experience recruiting across diverse multifunctional job types/business areas, with a clear understanding of relevant qualifications, skills & knowledge and where and how to actively source candidates. Experience may have been gained through agency, onsite or in-house HR Recruitment however, in depth Recruitment knowledge within the Contract/Temp markets is highly desirable
  • Ability to write clear and compelling job specifications and adverts
  • Highly proficient computer skills to include, Internet, MS Office Suite, e-mail functions and working knowledge of web-based job boards
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to exhibit friendly, professional customer service at all times
  • Results driven and self-motivated with passion to meet and exceed objectives
  • Effective interpersonal skills - Able to interact and communicate at all levels of candidates and client personnel
  • Ability to manage and react efficiently to high volume recruitment
  • Ability to function independently while being detail oriented with administrative and organizational skills
  • Be available to work before/after typical office hours as deemed necessary to support both internal and key account client needs

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates via online advertising, referral, networking, database, career jobsites and proactive approaches
  • Managing, developing and building in-house candidate database and talent pools
  • Contacting and interviewing prospective candidates and retaining an audit trail of contact
  • Conducting telephone/face to face screening and review of skills and experience as part of the qualification process of candidates
  • Liaising with line managers to ensure feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
  • Providing credible, consultative recruitment services and supporting the client during the entire recruitment process lifecycle
  • Managing the offer process – including providing up-to date salary/rates to agreed SLA  
  • Successful candidate transition from offer stage to start date
  • Conduct orientation for new workers either face-to-face or via phone while providing the new hire on-boarding pack/contracts
  • Retaining contact with candidates placed via direct recruitment on an ongoing basis
  • Providing regular reporting on recruitment activity to the Account Manager and Regional Director, ensuring compliance with service level agreement (SLA) targets and key performance indicators (KPI) and all client policies including approval systems are met
  • Ensuring direct sourcing strategies are agreed and channels identified to deliver against vacancy requirements
  • Maintaining and refining candidate available talent pools through ongoing candidate relationship management
  • Ensuring that all candidate contact promotes the client’s world class employer brand
  • Maintaining and building internal relationships with the Client and its Hiring Managersat all levels of management within the client business units to ensure  recruitment plans and organisational hire targets are met
  • Writing approved job adverts in line with legislative requirements where required
  • Ensuring all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site
  • Record keeping and administration processes ensure the client’s applicant tracking system is accurate and up to date at all times
