Business Development Representative

Full Time | Hybrid | Munich

Your main tasks

• Identify potential customers in collaboration with the marketing team
• Generate customer interest through phone and email
• Book pitch meetings for the Sales Managers
• Attend discovery meetings with Sales Managers
• Monitor individual KPIs to ensure performance is on track
• Achieve sales targets of booked and attended meetings
• Increase productivity with world-class sales tools
• Work with the sales team to build up a pipeline
• Identify trends in the industry to generate more possibilities of sales
• Participation in sales training
• Effective sourcing of leads

What you bring

• 1-2 years of sales experience
• Strong and confident presence on the phone
• Articulate in verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent German, English, and French

• Confident in sales
