Sr. Partner Assistance

Full time | Munich

Main tasks:

  • Support your partner with all the administrative and organizational, including but not limited to Calendar management, travel management (e.g. hotel and flights bookings, travel expensive claims), event management, meeting minutes
  • Assist with the implementation of strategies from all projects in which your partner is involved
  • Budget control


About you:

  • Excellent communication skills in German AND English
  • Strong organization skills and client oriented mindset
  • Experience in another Assistant position at Professional Service company is strongly desired
