French speaking HR Advisor

Key responsibilities:
*First point of contact for HR enquiries
*Manage the on boarding and exit processes for various EMEA offices, partnering with locally-based colleagues where appropriate (mainly in the Paris office)
*Maintain and update employee folders and corresponding HR records management systems
*Manage the tracking and reporting of time and attendance
*Coordinate the administration of local benefits
*Support the processing of payroll, ensuring all employee changes are communicated accurately and within the required time lines
*Support development and creation of internal HR policies according to changes in legislation
*Create and maintain standard operating procedures/user guides to enhance efficiency
*· Partner with HR CoEs to ensure ongoing compliance with internal processes and external legislation
Key Attributes:
*Fluency in French and English to native or near native level
*Previous HR experience
*Understanding of basic HR processes and a passion to work and develop a career in HR
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high customer-orientation and the ability to build relationships at all levels
