Euro London Appointments are currently working with a global retail brand who are looking for a French speaker to join their HR team as a HR Coordinator.

In this role you will be responsible for supporting employees in France from a HR perspective with some additional exposure to other UK and European markets.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a French speaker with 1-3 years of HR admin/coordination experience who is keen to support colleagues on an international scale for a leading Retail brand.

Typical duties:

* Managing the HR ticketing system via Zendesk and being the first point of contact for HR Admin queries for France, UK and some other locations
* Deliver ongoing support to internal clients in line with SLAs
* Manage all employee life cycle administrative tasks which includes assisting in recruitment administration and compliance, supporting new hires, transfers, promotions, employee relations, leavers etc
* Ensure HR processes are implemented locally in line with HR strategy and relevant legislation
* Coordinate recruitment activities and on-boarding cycle for new starters including probation period review
* Ensure HR processes and templates are correct and up to date

Essential skills required:
* Fluent French speaker
* At least 6-12 months HR experience and Shared services experience or at least experience of a ticket management system
* Knowledge of French employment legislation
* Team player who can also focus in peak periods and get stuck in with a range of duties
* Strong prioritisation and time management is very important due to the ticketing system.

About: I have been at Euro London since I graduated from a Combined Modern Languages degree in 2009 and have worked my way up from a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to Country Director. When I am not working or being ‘Mum’ to my son I love to travel and my favourite type of holiday is hiking up mountains in Canada. I am a keen Yoga enthusiast but definitely some way to go before I perfect the crow pose!
