HR and Office Manager This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR and office manager to make a real difference reporting directly to the COO and CFO. This company are seeking a proactive and autonomous HR and Office Manager who will take on responsibility for the continued development of HR policies along with the provision of support and advice on any employee related matters across all their businesses. This is an exciting and rewarding position within an innovative and growing business, suitable for someone who can demonstrate an excellent track record across a wide range of general HR management areas. Main Responsibilities HR *Helping line manager with company recruitment, direct sourcing wherever possible *Managing all applicant and employee data and keeping all relevant systems up to date and compliant *Coaching and assisting line managers to understand and effectively implement HR policies, procedures, initiatives and best practices *Managing monthly payroll, pay bench marking and pay review processes *Reviewing and updating employment terms and HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice Main Responsibilities Office Manager *Booking transport and accommodation for employees *Organising company events, external and internal training, conferences *Ordering IT kit, stationery and furniture and working with the whole team *Managing and reporting office budgets following ordering and purchasing procedures. Essential Skills *Degree and CIPD qualified *Proven experience in a similar autonomous role working across the full HR life cycle - with a strong knowledge of generalist practices *Strong employment law/employee relations knowledge - ability to assess risk *Coaching skills - the ability to train on a variety of HR related subjects Benefits *Subsidised local gym membership *Social events *Company retreats This is an exciting permanent opportunity beginning immediately.
