A large international trading company are looking for an HR Co-ordinator to work in their Human Resources Department. They are looking for someone who can provide all round HR support, in particular to their expatriate employees.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Helping with on boarding and induction for incoming expatriate employees
-Helping to facilitate the smooth departure of expatriates
-Liaising with the Japanese Head Office and other European offices to ensure smooth mobility of expatriate affairs
-Processing of invoices via SAP
-Ensure accurate inputting of payroll data
-Provide administrative support with visa administration and training programmes
Skills and experience:
-Fluent in Japanese and English
-Excellent general administration skills
-Strong excel skills
-Ability to work in a team
-Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise tasks
-Experience with Sage and Human Resource Information Systems beneficial
-Positive and organised with a "can do" attitude
