Business Development Representative Graduate

The company in question is well established and is currently taking the virtual event SaaS solutions market by storm!

As a Business Development Representative, you'll have meaningful conversations with potential clients up to CEO level and you'll use your communication skills to convince them that their SaaS Event Software platform is the one for them.

The main responsibilities:
-Reach out to new prospects by phone cold call/email/inmail and build a strong network from -start up to Enterprise level
-Set up meeting with potential clients
-Collaborate with senior Account Executive to close deals
-Market research & more

Your ideal profile:
-Recent University Graduate
-Bright and sharp, your communication is on point and you're not afraid to pick up the phone to reach out to senior prospects
-You are target driven, not scared of rejections and will do what it takes to be successful in sales
-Close to native level of English
-German speaking fluency a plus

Salary range: £23'500 £7'500 on commission (£3'000 guaranteed so £26'500 at least for the first year)

Life Highlights: I was born and raised in Geneva, Switzerland, a small yet international and busy city. I went on studying Economics and Management which led me to an accounting opportunity. Although it was an enriching experience, it unfortunately lacked the warmth of human interaction.

All my following roles allowed me to work more closely to people, even pushing me to relocate to London, thus giving me the chance to broaden my horizons and meet hundreds of fascinating characters.

It motivated me to embrace this new career path in IT recruitment, a role that combines both a fast-paced and challenging environment and fruitful encounters with people from all cultures and ways of thinking.

Outside of work: In my spare time, there’s four things I love to do: going out in London and socialising with friends and new people; reading a book, may it be classical literature or self-development; playing a game or two (or three) of Badminton or Ping-Pong; playing the ukulele (I started not too long ago so don’t bother asking me to play for you yet).

Fun fact: Don’t try to guess my ethnicity or my age, it is not worth the effort!

If I was a famous person: I would like to be Bruce Lee. Why? His physical and mental strength, his wisdom in exploring life philosophy, his creativity in bringing all martial arts he learned into one of his own and his polyvalence in his career (actor, film director, athlete, author and more) are in my opinion to be taken as an example.
