We are currently recruiting for a German speaking Field Service Engineer on behalf of a client in the UK. The successful candidate should have a qualification in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, and at least one year's experience in a Field Service Engineer role. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of equipment used by clients in their manufacturing processes. The client specialises in manufacturing solutions and they are looking for a German speaker who can travel to sites across the DACH region. The candidate may be based anywhere in the UK or Europe, but must be able to visit the client's HQ in the UK once a quarter. The salary range is between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience. Responsibilities: Attend client sites across the UK and Europe. Install and maintain equipment, as well as carry out any repairs when required. Ensure clients' needs are responded to professionally and in a timely fashion. Teach colleagues and clients how to use equipment safely. Address clients' concerns and ensure feedback is passed on to the relevant teams. What we're looking for: Fluency in German. Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer.
