Job Advert: German Speaking Technical Support Advisor
Location: High Wycombe, UK (Hybrid Basis - candidates must be able to regularly commute to High Wycombe)
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum 10% Discretionary Annual Bonus
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled German Speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our client's dynamic team. As a permanent member of the Technical Support team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional technical support and assistance to our client's valued customers. If you have a passion for technology, possess excellent communication skills in German, and are experienced in technical support, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality technical support to customers through remote channels, including telephone and email.
* Troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Assisting customers in resolving hardware and software-related problems with our products.
* Demonstrating expert knowledge of our products and services to offer comprehensive support to users.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
* Delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German is essential (both spoken and written).
* Previous technical support experience is essential, preferably in a desk-based environment.
* Additional fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous.
* Excellent customer service skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
* Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous, but not a mandatory requirement.
* Strong knowledge of MS Windows 7/10, printer setup, installation and configuration
