We are currently recruiting for a talented German and English speaking Implementation Engineer on behalf of our client, a leading US Cyber Security, Email encryption and Compliance technologies leader. They are also a leading Microsoft partner offering hosted Exchange, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 products and their accompanying support.

This is a crucial role within the organisation's EMEA expansion , providing relationship management to customers , channel partners, and Managed Service Providers in association with our client's sales, billing and support teams.

Responsibilities

*Demonstrating and conducting walk-through sessions for the client for implementation of our client's services.
*Provide Technical and Non-Technical support regarding the use, operation and maintenance of their solutions and services.
*Delivering clear and effective presentations to pilot implementations.
*Work in close contact with the sales team to ensure prospects enjoy a positive experience whilst evaluating our client's services.
*Conducting on-boarding of new customers to our client's systems.
*Maintaining and updating knowledge of all company product lines and major competitor's product lines.
*Translating customer requirements in to business issues/opportunities into solutions/business requirements.
*Educating partners by delivering remote ( and eventually on-site) training on products , technical knowledge and best practices.
*Creating documentation and learning materials for partners, admins and end users.

Experience and skills required

*Experience in at least one long-term similar role with similar responsibilities to those above.
*Knowledge of hosted/cloud email , email security/filtering and email encryption.
*Knowledge of End-Point Solutions/Anti-Virus software.
*Experienced in networking, troubleshooting, configuration, implementation and applications.
*In-depth understanding of Windows Networking, Active Directory, DNS topology.
*Full understanding of Office 365, Microsoft Windows 8, 10, Mac OSX.
*Working experience with mail clients, Microsoft Outlook for Windows and Outlook for Mac.
*Able to troubleshoot complex issues remotely via phone /Teams/remote assistance programs/live chat ticket conversation.
