**Job Opportunity: Mandarin speaking IT Support Specialist**

**Location: London

Are you an experienced IT professional with a passion for delivering great support and driving technological excellence? Are you fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese and based in London? We're seeking a dedicated IT Support Engineer to work for one of our clients on a temporary basis for at least 1 year(could be extended for the right candidate).

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Provide expert IT support to local and regional users, logging incidents and managing problems through their ITIL service ticketing system.

- Troubleshoot a diverse range of IT issues, including but not limited to PC and mobility hardware, software and applications, remote access (VPN), account and password management, voice and video conferencing, security, and network connectivity.

- Build, maintain, and optimise the IT infrastructure encompassing WAN/LAN networks, telephony systems, audio and video conferencing setups, end-user computing environments, and printers.

- Ensure meticulous management of IT assets within the region, guaranteeing accurate and efficient asset management.

- Oversee outsourced engineers to ensure the delivery of IT services upholding their client's high standards.


- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the IT field.

- Proficiency in both Mandarin or Cantonese and English languages (written and spoken).

**Technical Skills:**

- Demonstrated expertise in computer troubleshooting for both Windows 7 and macOS platforms.

- Sound understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP protocols.

- Familiarity with Windows Server environments and associated permissions.

- Proficiency in managing Cisco telephone and conferencing systems.

- Competence in overseeing both physical and virtual server environments.

- Networking skills encompassing the management of network switches, firewalls, and related components.

**Personal Skills:**

- Exceptional communication skills in both Mandarin and English languages.

- Polished telephone etiquette, coupled with patience and strong communication abilities.

- Innate customer service orientation, underpinned by a humble attitude.

- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a willingness to take initiative.

- Adeptness at embracing change and quick to grasp new concepts.
