Enterprise Sales Account Executive based in Northern Italy (SaaS Sales)
A established, US SaaS company in the ERP/CRM space (field service management) with market leading products and services, is offering a great opportunity for an experienced SaaS Sales Professional in Northern Italy to close major business deals at enterprise level. A niche player, yes, but a genuine pioneer with a compelling story.
The plans for European growth are ambitious but with solid foundations, approved investment and a structured plan; no winging it with unrealistic expectations here. That's not that they're a dry, corporate bunch; plenty of fun and teamwork is encouraged and coaching, support and development delivered, even to their in region sales specialists. Sales cycles can be long and involve a lot of stakeholders; this role is for the proven SaaS sales expert who hits the road with purpose (30% travel in region) and makes things happen. Aware of the repetition but this is important; you've sold software. Software as a Service. You know how to understand your customer and deliver solutions to problems effectively at enterprise level (major brands in utilities, telecoms, digital, all on the client list) in Italy. You'll also be able to function independently; you'll be well connected to European HQ in the UK and have their full support in all aspects of the role. Plenty of potential on the Italian market and existing clients.

Growing up in a Bosnian family in the Austrian Alps, switching from one language to another came quite naturally to me very early on and made learning new languages rather easy for me.  English quickly became my favourite foreign language which later led me to the US where I lived and worked for 5 years. There I got my first taste of Recruitment and made a career of it after my return to Austria. I moved to London in 2016 in order to join my wife, a native Londoner. Altogether, I’ve got 11 years of Recruitment experience under my belt and lots more in Sales and Marketing.

When I’m not at work, I love spending time in nature, skiing is one of my favourite hobbies, I also love Delta Blues and a cold beer…

If I were a famous person, I would be: Duane Allman, the greatest Blues Slide Guitar player of all times. Why? For standing on stage and “ripping” it up!

Fun fact:  One day, doing sales calls in the countryside outside of Chicago, I got lost and was chased off a property by an Amish man with a shotgun in one hand and the leash of a barking Doberman in the other…
