About me: I have evolved with Euro London from consultant to senior and principal consultant since December 2010. I completed my Bachelors Degree in Modern European Studies and Masters Degree in Modern Language studies at the University of Nottingham with studies in France and Spain from 2005-2010 and have subsequently used my passion for Europe, European languages and international business to develop long-standing relationships with international businesses and candidates as well as investment in helping international candidates find job opportunities that will help them grow their careers. Outside work I regularly travel throughout Europe and beyond, enjoy outdoor sports and reading about Modern European history and politics.

Euro London Appointment's trusted client, a world leader in mobile and IoT management solutions with over 15,000 enterprise clients worldwide and millions of devices managed is currently looking for a highly skilled remote-based intermediate to experienced level Sales Engineer keen to develop further expertise in the MDM,IoT, SaaS and App development platform fields, managing end to end pre-sales and implementation projects. You will provide pre-sales demos, post-sales implementation, technical support for key account in partnership with the Support team, revenue generation through add-on sales. Please see below the key responsibilities in this position : Responsibilities -Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling with clients and prospects, presenting a warm, professional, well-spoken and empathetic persona as an effective representative of our client. -Conduct onsite and remote demonstrations of our client's products. Ensure continuous learning of changes and new additions in our client's portfolio of products. -Provide pre-sales technical support to prospective customers. -Analyze our client's market segment and generate recommendations for product roadmaps. -Carrying out product implementation after the initial pre-sales are concluded. -Strategic planning including focus on how accounts will be grown up to 12 months in advance , managing technical accounts and requirements, working at vendor level. -Working heavily with products and analysing the product road map. -Investigate issues reported by customers and communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues. -Provide email and telephone based pre and post-sales, technical support for our software products. -Prepare documentation to facilitate internal and external information sharing about our client's product line. -Conduct weekly review meetings with respective Account Managers to review active projects (POC's). Experience You'll Bring : -At least one long-term experience in pre-sales and post-sales technical support to prospective customers, providing email and telephone based pre and post-sales, technical support and project delivery for software products. -You'll be able to manage projects end-to-end yourself, carrying out implementations and product build after the initial sale is completed. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -A pro-active , client outreach focused personality. -Proven track record of delivering projects and POCs. -Able to plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives. -Strong project documentation skills , developed in previous positions. -Prior experience working with mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility, BYOD, SaaS, Analytics is preferred but not essential. -Knowledge of Javascript ES5/ES6, Jquery mobile, HTML5 - HTML DOM -Solid understanding of computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting, etc). -Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS and Windows Mobile) -Experience with AWS or Azure is preferred. -Knowledge and experience in Mobile App development is highly beneficial from prior academic and professional experiences in this area. -Knowledge of Active Directory, certificates, CRM solutions, Linux, Raspberry Pi is an asset. -Experience with databases, Microsoft SQL server, MY SQL, Oracle is an asset. -Experience with containerization and virtualization is an asset. -Ability to travel to client sites up to 20% of the time approximately. -Fluency in Dutch and English. Any other European language is preferred but not essential. * Please note : Successful applicants will be required to undergo a background check.
