We are currently recruiting for a talented German and English speaking Technical Support Engineer on behalf of our client, a leading US Cyber Security, Email encryption and Compliance technologies leader, who is also a leading Microsoft partner offering hosted Exchange, Microsoft 365 and Office 365 products and their accompanying support.
This is a crucial role within the organisations EMEA expansion , supporting customers , channel partners, and Managed Service Providers that use or resell our client's solutions.
Aside from understanding these solutions, a successful Support Engineer will support the administrators and provide troubleshooting support to clients across the DACH region, using exceptional interpersonal communications and timely problem diagnosis and resolution.

*Providing high quality customer service whilst providing technical support for our client's customers.
*Delivering support in all aspects of connectivity between our client's products and client systems including mobile devices, workstations, servers and applications.
*Collaborating with colleagues in EMEA and the US to analyse and develop solutions to often complex problems.
*Managing telephone, email , live chat and ticketing requests for support and resolving issues in a timely manner.
*Facilitating Live Remote Assistance sessions with clients having technical issues that cannot be resolved via the phone, tickets or emails.
*Developing an in-depth understanding of our client's products with a working knowledge of complementary products and services.
Skills and experience required
*An IT related degree or at least one long-term support experience.
*Knowledge of Mail protocols, DNS, TLS, mobile device set-up, operating systems and common mail clients.
*Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint are required.
*Understanding of Hosted Systems, Email encryption, email protection and archiving are required.
*Any Microsoft 365 qualifications and any certification such as MCSA, MCSE, Linux are highly desired but not essential. Company assistance is available to help you gain these certifications ( amongst others)
*Fluency in German and English is essential.
