What will you be doing?
*Providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers of all sizes, with a focus on SMEs.
*Attempting to solve issues yourself first.
*Escalating to 3rd line support or to the Developer team for more complex issues.
*Communicating bugs effectively to these teams when escalating.
*On the customer side you will be providing top quality customer service, answering queries in a timely manner and ensuring they are satisfied with results.
Is this you?
*Bilingual in English and French.
*Previous technical support experience for a SaaS product.
*Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical customers about technical things.
*You are a great self-learner.
*Solid knowledge of:
