Office Administrator (m/f/d)

We are partnering with an international manufacturer of 3D printers, scanners and print material. They work towards different industries such as medical, automotive, semiconductors and aerospace. They are now growing their team in Germany.

We are recruiting an Office Administrator to be based in their north Karlsruhe office. The role is offered as a hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days from a home-office. If you have some first experience within office management and general administration, then this could be the role for you!  


Office Administrator - DACH (m/f/d)

Permanent Contract / North-Karlsruhe / Hybrid


As the new Office Administrator, you will be working in an office with ca. 15 people and reporting to the Head of the office. You will be working closely with the team, the customers and the suppliers.  

Your new responsibilities will include:

  • Office admin related tasks
  • Supplier Management
  • Organising smaller events and meetings
  • Facility management
  • Support the bookkeeping
  • Looking after visitors
  • Greeting visitors to the Office


Your qualifications and experiences

  • The Ideal candidate can work in a busy environment and organise this well.
  • Previous experience in administration and back-office support
  • Education as Bürokaumann/ -frau, Industriekaufmann/ -frau or similar
  • Fluent written and spoken German and very good English are prerequisites for this position.
  • This is a high-profile role so trustworthiness and professionalism are paramount as is a friendly and welcoming disposition.
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills 
  • The ability to work independently and accurately to the highest standards
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Good communicator
  • Good planning and time management skills
