Customer Service Representative (f/m) English & German

Our client, in the north of Munich, is looking  for a

 Customer Service Representative (m/f) German & English 

Your tasks

  • Prepare order confirmations, as well as proforma and commercial invoices
  • Monitor orders, including the process, delivery date and quantity
  • Pass on important customer requests such as their shipping requirements, delivery time and the quantity of items
  • Proactively track orders and provide customers with information regarding delays or changes to their orders
  • Maintenance of the customer database
  • Support customers with processing refunds and complaints


Your profile

  • You have completed vocational training or a degree in the field of business as foreign trade, industrial clerk or mechatronic engineer
  • At least two years experience in Customer Service, ideally in an international manufacturing company
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English
  • Competent user of MS Office, as well as experience in working with ERP systems (ideally Oracle)
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
