Your Tasks

• Conception, implementation, and control of Search Engine Advertising (SEA) campaigns
• Manage and control the performance of the data-driven marketing activities on paid social channels
• Achieving sales and ROI goals
• Build and develop the marketing team, in collaboration with the company and department heads
• Bring your performance marketing expertise into your role as a marketing manager

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in performance marketing with a focus on SEA, especially in Google Ads and Social Ads
• Experience in leading small teams is a plus
• Motivation to become a leader and team mentor
• Very good knowledge of current SEO/SEA tools and techniques (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Search Console, etc.)
• Strong communication skills, initiative, organizational skills, and passion for marketing
• Fluent handle of German and English
