Our client, a multinational provider of SaaS solutions to the energy sector, is seeking a Russian and English speaking Business Developer.
Your main responsibility is to develop new business with industrial clients, to drive sales revenue in Russia, Ukrainia and CIS countries. You will be part of a small team in Moscow, and reporting to the EMEA Sales Department located in Paris.
Candidates must have experience in a similar position in an industrial environment.
- Develop and implement strategic commercial plan to grow the business;
- Conduct appropriate research to identify new markets and customer needs;
- Manage full sales process (deal structuring, commercial negociations, close…);
- Promote the company in local professional networks and business providers using the appropriate marketing approach;
- Maintain a high level of trust and partnership with existing customers;
- Evangelize partners and customers on energy transition trends and best practises;
- Effectively manage relationships with all stakeholders;
- Coordinate work streams with other departments to implement solutions
· You are fluent in English and in Russian, French is a plus.
· First experience selling in an industrial environment.
· Accustomed to negotiation and long-cycle sales, you know how to build a prospecting plan over a large territory and manage a business portfolio.
Salary: 3.614.741 - 4.066.782 RUB basic salary + 1.807.370 RUB in commission + parking space
