Junior Franchisee Support Manager - Retail

Our client, an international Purchasing Company for food retail chains, is seeking a Junior Franchisee Support Manager, based in their office in Lieusaint.

You will coordinate the day-to-day supply chain activities with the distribution partner to ensure the smooth flow of stock though the supply chain to franchisees. You will host and present various Franchisee-facing activities that help drive engagement and satisfaction levels of Franchisees in France.

You will build strong relationships with all stakeholders (franchisees, distributors, internal contacts) to ensure all products are delivered in store according to agreed timeframes and volumes.


Principal responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all supply chain activities that relate to the normal product lifecycle for delivery of produce to the franchisees.
  • Reviewing daily reports with distributors to maintain KPI achievement and maximise availability.
  • Analysing distributor data to produce ad hoc reports that identify clear actions that will support Franchisee sales and profitability.
  • Implement monthly price change information, working to ensure the correct prices are maintained across all data points and price file information internally and externally.
  • Supply chain communications working in conjunction with the Senior Franchisee Support Manager and the Marketing and Communications team.
  • Ensure incoming Franchisee queries are reviewed and resolved in a timely manner. Engage regularly with the Support Desk and other teams to proactively manage issues for Franchisees.
  • Continuously develop own understanding to provide quicker and more robust responses times to enquires, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in Franchisee meetings, including face-to-face, online and phone calls.


Profile Required:

- Supply chain background, preferably in the food retail industry

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Previous experience working with franchisees

- Experience in face to face interaction with customer base

- French to native standard with fluent English


Salary: 40K€ - 42K€
