Our client, a worldwide leader in the outsourcing industry, is seeking a Sales Coach to train and optimise performance of Sales Executives (within a major Telco reseller) in their ability to sell Google Cloud Solutions to key accounts.
You will work closely with C-level executives to define business objectives then train and advise the sales force on growing business, commercial pitches and value propositions for the Cloud solution.
You must speak French to native or bilingual standard with fluent English.
- Provide sales & business development, training and marketing & event management services
- Coordinate, engage and work along with partner sales teams in order to move forward existing opportunities till their closure.
- Main point of contact to support partners with tool and process issues
- Track and manage the ongoing pipeline for each partner in order to meet the determined quarterly goals.
- Provide a Pipeline reporting that will monitor and assist in managing the demand generation results and sales activities with the partner.
- Coordinate, set-up and deliver detailed trainings
- Follow up with the telco teams after training to update them on new functionality that might be rolled out and resolve any issues or questions regarding the products
- Experience in business development either as a sales team leader, QA, sales trainer or coach
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP and G Suite) is a plus but not essential
- Ability to quickly build rapport with senior sales reps and sales management.
- Ability to navigate a complex sales environment and bridge conversations on different levels of the organization.
- Ideally experience in working with Telcos.
- You are fluent in French and English
Salary: 58K€ basic salary, with an additional 3K€ in commissions
