A rapidly expanding online marketing company within the gambling sector is looking for CRM Manager to manage all aspects relating to the CRM as well as to manage the casino marketing team.
The role will involve but not be limited to:
*Preparing retention marketing campaigns and promotions
*Creating social media acquisition and retargeting campaigns
*Monitoring the customer journey all the way from acquisition to retention
*Producing weekly KPI specific reporting and analysis
*Other online and offline marketing duties when required
To be successful in the role, you should have:
*A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role (ideally within online gaming)
*Strong analytical and reporting skills
*Knowledge of marketing segmentation tools
*Basic HTML knowledge
