German and/or French speaking Strategic Account Manager with brand protection experience

The Strategic Account Manager, works with our client's premier corporate accounts, some of the largest and most influential brands in the world. The goal for this role is to retain and grow a targeted group of key existing accounts by deepening relationships (C-Level to Paralegals) and finding new areas to expand our client's presence. This individual ultimately drives sales and retention through building relationships based on trust, using an inquisitive mindset to understand clients' brand / trademark workflows, and creating creative solutions to help clients accomplish their goals. The Strategic Account Manager will ensure that clients in their territory experience the Gold Standard in service through responsive and proactive client engagement. Growing these large accounts is a team sport and will require building internal teams and working with many different departments within the company. *Existing Account Penetration
*Build and use territory and account level plans to address account prioritization, time management, and goal achievement
*Develop and maintain strong relationships with all relevant customer stakeholders, including decision-makers, influencers, and users
*Schedule, plan, and lead strategic onsite client business reviews, new product demos, renewal and new business negotiations for all clients
*Partner with all clients to understand trademark & brand workflow and business needs in order to create customized solutions and upsell opportunities
*Ensure clients experience the gold standard in service
*Build and manage sales pipeline
*Lead renewal process and leverage internal resources to increase probability of renewals
*Oversee onboarding and solution delivery
*Update internal reports regularly (including Salesforce.com).
*Attend conferences and trademark industry events as appropriate
*Build relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization
*Lead stakeholder teams designed to solve and manage large projects, RFP's, and increase client satisfaction.
*Communicate with other parts of sales in order pass on leads, transition accounts, and share account information.
*Partner with Solutions Consultants to assist in the sales process as well as to increase client understanding and usage of our client's solutions.
Scope and Impact:
*Will manage the business relationship of roughly two dozen key accounts with a focus on retention and expansion.
Technical / Professional Skills & Competencies:
*Business conversation fluency in French or German and English required.
*Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required Law Degree or legal experience a plus
