
Business Development Exec EMEA - French/German/Spanish £27K-£34K commission depending on experience - Leeds area ( hybrid/remote considered )
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the Business Development Exec's goal is to maximize efficiency, develop the business through new business acquisition
and (prospects) and increase sales revenue through direct contact with existing customers (up/cross selling).
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Account development with new products (cross selling) and developing prospects to customer
through visits, prospecting and exploiting sales leads to their maximum working alongside the Head of Business Development Manager.
Development of company sales in assigned territories to maximum levels and the achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
To visit Clinics, Universities and hospitals personally on a scheduled call cycle of
one to two weeks a month, as required by Head of Business Development.
Travel to attend regular meetings in the assigned territory if required, working closely with marketing and management.
Establish and maintain contacts by phone on a daily basis following a European Territory plan with existing, potential new customers.
Achieving set KPI's
Developing new business through client contacts and exploiting sales leads to their maximum.
Retaining and developing clients
Engaging in the company education workshops.
Knowledge and Skills
* Fluency in one of German/French/Spanish and English is essential
* Ability to demonstrate a basic foundation of sales skills and understanding of sales process
* Excellent customer service and support skills
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbal
* Ability to cohesively work on a team
* Ideally degree qualified
Proven track record of Sales
Clean driving license
This is an exciting new role where you can use your languages and commercial knowledge on a daily basis whilst learning new skills within the healthcare industry. For the right candidate there is flexibility regarding the role, remote/hybrid/onsite can be an option with the first 2 weeks training to take place in Leeds as essential to benefit the new job holder.
