The company sells assessment software to primary and secondary schools and you would contribute on daily basis to expanding the business. About the Role Our client is looking for a fluent Arabic and English speaker who will meet and exceed set targets, making 20-30 calls per day, following up on all enquiries, inbound, call and web enquiries. The new starter will identify potential new and emerging opportunities within the international schools' market and generates new leads through cold calling and contacting leads. The BD Manager will deliver sales presentations, both face-to-face and virtually to demonstrate how the product can effectively help schools, in order to generate new business. Occasional attendance at exhibitions and conferences will be expected from the right candidate, as well as providing quotations and complete admin tasks related to the sale. The Ideal Candidate will have the following Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong sales experience working in a global sales environment, ideally in a software or in a consultative role. Experience of managing clients through a full sales cycle. Strong negotiation skills and experience of outbound calling and consultative selling. Excellent team player who is results oriented, resilient and self-motivated. Quick learner who has great communication skills, and who is efficient and organised.
