Summary of the role:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
-Selling to a pre qualified contact list of prospective event attendees.
-Generating own leads
-Meet monthly and event targets set
-Make a high number of calls. These will be set by the management.
-Daily management and maintenance of contact list(s) in conjunction with electronic CRM Software GoldMine.
-Maintain daily call and response records and provide accurate and detailed weekly (or as required) progress reports to aid in conference marketing, management and planning.
-Actively participate in the progressive evaluation and planning of the production/marketing/sales of the subject conference.
-Maintain accurate sales records
-Follow up the payment of sales secured.
-Dealing with customers through the complete registration process.
A candidate with degree level education is preferable although not essential. Languages would be an advantage, as would marketing, sales or business related qualifications.
