We are currently looking for a Swedish (and Danish) speaking Sales Team Leader. Our client is a premier Business Process Outsourcing company, located in West London.

About the Role
The suitable candidate will manage a high volume sales-focused workload, meeting assigned monthly, quarterly and annual targets, while managing the team. The candidate will be selling products directly to businesses over the phone and handle international customers, offering prompt, accurate and courteous service. The new starter will secure new client sales and retention by providing exceptional customer care. Strong communication and multi-tasking skills, as well as actively using listening skills is of a big importance for the role.

The Ideal Candidate will have the following
*Fluent Swedish (and Danish) speaker with strong communication skills.
*Experience in outbound/inbound telemarketing or retail sales.
*Excellent team player who is results oriented, resilient and self-motivated.
*Experience of managing the clients through a full sales cycle.
*Team leader experience.

You'll be an outstanding communicator in fluent English (Polish would be ideal too, Czech and Slovak a plus) and relationship builder, leveraging both internally and externally, pulling knowledge and resources together to deliver compelling presentations, proving value beyond doubt. Curious and adaptable, you'll use your network to identify trends and opportunities. You'll know your numbers, be constantly aware of quota and pipeline and be adept at setting the right path to exceed expectations. You'll also know how to hunt and close within the financial services industry in Central and Eastern Europe, ideally selling data and related services but let's see how what you've sold could be comparable. Hunters need rewarding of course and a base salary around the £90k mark is on offer alongside a strong package and commission/bonuses.
