German (and French) speaking Executive Assistant

We are currently looking for a German (and French) speaking Executive Assistant for our client who is a well established, global and independent private capital advisor located in Green Park. About the role

Supporting two partners in being as effective as possible in their daily duties.
Client relationship building and management, using an internal CRM system to update/maintain background information on clients and contacts.
Working closely with other EAs.
Process, manage and file documentation and correspondence.
Preparation of meetings, including the background research, preparing the agenda, producing a high quality documents and reports.
Diary and inbox management.
Organising and booking everything necessary for traveling.

Ideal candidate

Fully fluent in English and German language, ideally in French as well.
Experience of supporting multiple senior managers and directors in financial services.
Team player with a high level of integrity, a positive "can-do" attitude and an eagerness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and willingness 'to go the extra mile'.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident and able to multitask and prioritise.
CRM experience.
Strong relationship building with clients at all levels.
