Group Executive Marketing Support

Seeking a bright, enthusiastic individual who would like to get their foot in the door for a marketing opportunity!
You will be working for an award-winning English language tuition, teacher training services and online learning to an international market. They have 7 year-round schools across the UK, summer residential courses for young learners, two specialist sports programmes, exciting developments in further education including an International Foundation Year in addition to a growing number of franchise schools overseas. They need passionate and enthusiastic individuals to support them in driving their strategy forward and making their business a continued success. This is a very exciting time for their business and this role is an important part of their sales function. You will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing team, and a large network of agency partners.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting with the production of all printed and promotional materials
Managing exhibition (fair/workshop) materials and dispatching these to the event venue.
Managing brochure dispatch requests.
Managing brochure stock levels.
Producing and adapting marketing materials to suit a particular market, agency or company mission.
Producing new agency agreements in line with the terms and conditions
Producing quotations and proposals to support the regional manager.
Supporting in organising agency partner visits to our schools and other events.
Completing questionnaires and other marketing information requests for agencies globally and proof-reading documents.
Assisting the Digital marketing team with e-marketing activities, adding content, e.g. student testimonials, video, news, photos to the web-site as and when requested
Preparing sales information & analysis information for B2B workshops and trips.
Conducting competitor analysis and market research.
Ensuring the group CRM system is up-to-date.
Managing special projects on behalf of the team.
Supporting the Head of Marketing with administrative tasks.
