German speaking Coordinator

Euro London Appointments are working with the London office of an International Consultancy who are looking for a German speaking Resourcing Coordinator/Administrator to join their fast growing team.

This role can be worked from home and is on a temp to perm contract.

This role forms part of their Resourcing and Project delivery team who are responsible for resource allocation across all of their clients and projects worldwide.

In this role you will be responsible for:


*Take instruction from the project lead to arrange and book in meetings, reviews and resources
*Managing and maintaining internal systems with the utmost accuracy as this is critical for resource allocation and monitoring the financial performance of the company projects.
*Work with relevant divisions, managers and external stakeholders to conduct day-to-day administration of consultant and business services' project assignments
*Gather and input relevant data into the internal systems
*Proactively identify data integrity issues and define options for resolution
*Act as the point of contact for all resource administration queries

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a Administrative or Coordination role.

You will be organised, an excellent communicator and be able to stay calm in busy times.

About: I have been at Euro London since I graduated from a Combined Modern Languages degree in 2009 and have worked my way up from a Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to Country Director. When I am not working or being ‘Mum’ to my son I love to travel and my favourite type of holiday is hiking up mountains in Canada. I am a keen Yoga enthusiast but definitely some way to go before I perfect the crow pose!
